Favorite full-blown IDE w/ super-intelligent code completion, debugging, plus
multiple languages (PHP, Python, Perl, CSS, XML) I like ActiveState Komodo
(better than Zend Studio even).

If you're looking for a freebee, take a peek at Ecliplse (It's most popular
with the Java junkees, but has a PHP plug-in as well)
