Are you using IIS or Apache? MySQL or SQL Server? If you are going Open
Source, then download EasyPHP (www.easyphp.org) or XAMPP (apachefriends).
These include the HTTP Server, PHP, MySQL, and a whole host of other goodies
with the easiest setup... Point and Click. I have been using them for about 8
months now, ans love it.
