How does it get there? I had it, and I assumed that I had been lax with
my passwords (guilty, but no more)

It passes visitors through to warez and crack sites.  I removed the
pages, and it now turns up in my 404 reports.  All added on one day, I
think Jan 8th 06, but I haven't seen any coming back since I deleted it,
and tightened up on passwords.
