Ultimately there would be no difference. You could use PHP to write JS or you could have static JS. The important thing to recall is that events like right-click occur in the browser, long after PHP has executed the script and delivered the HTML, etc. to the browser. Keep in mind that many web visitors have JS turned off so you should not rely completely on anything in JS. This includes validation, etc. James _____ James D.
