Howdy list, I have two questions.

First, does anyone know of a good text editor for creating
PHP/HTML/JavaScript/CSS that has built-in support for FTP? Saving files locally
and then uploading them again for every little change can get quite tedious.
I've been using Novell's NetDrive, which lets you map a FTP folder to a local
network drive, but it has plenty of drawbacks.

Second, is it possible to change which file extensions that PHP parses on a per
virtual-server basis? Like putting the "AddType application/x-httpd-php .php"
into the virtual server config or a .htaccess file. Would this work or would I
need to enable it globally on the Apache server?

Thanks,
-Nick
