Subject: [php-list] Changing submissions to moderated?

I am currently running a topsites list on one of my sites and need to
change the code&-#65007; so that posts have to be aprroved by us
before being
added to the list-we are getting a lot of weirdos, and its not funny
anymore.

My question is, is there any easy code&-#65007; that I can add to
the current
code (php) to make this a reality??

Thank you for any suggestions!
