Parag - The "rule" of Open Source is making one's code available to all, in hopes the collaborative efforts of many will produce a better product.
It is NOT to either 1) help someone with their homework, or 2) help someone fulfill the needs of a contract for which they had no business submitting a bid or proposal in the first place (due to lack of relevant knowledge or experience).
