You might want to consider rendering your links as a list, you can then use CSS to style this up in what ever fashion you desire. (Here's some examples: http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/) Do do this you'll want to output the ' ' and ' ' before and after your inner for loop, respectively; and then add ' ' and '' around your link.
