stop using that wamp/Xammp stuff , and install a regular PHP / MySQL / 
Perl / as separate  installs... it's really not that difficult,  WAMP, 
XAMMP usually put all there stuff in unusual Places  and the php 
interpreter freaks out alot,, meaning u gotta change your ini files, to 
apache and mysql and php  (p.s)  "tip:" Check your open ports,, i bet u 
have a few open that u normally Wouldn't otherwise, maybe even 10 or more,,
