Mike - My issue is that my host does not allow importing from CSV files using 
PHPmyAdmin. As I don't want to have to deal with special characters and the 
like, I'd like 
to find a utility that will convert.

I know that Automator will do it if you have developer tools, which I don't.

So, I was looking for a shareware/freeware utility that might convert for me.
