Thank you Marc. All I needed was to set right priviliges for the root 
folder and when I set them problem disappeared. Just before that i 
developed a script for adding files. All the files it creates are 
automatically accessible to PHP. I also own a site at www.110mb.com. 
They use Unix and that doesn't matter who created a file - PHP always 
has access to it.
