Hy. I don't use Dreamweaver (I prefer Notepad) also but in this
case I think you can set up your Dreaweaver conexion to work online on
your test server if you have access to some extra hosting space. It
happened to me to be asked the same thing that you are asking about
and I managed working in this conditions.
   The real deal is also to work on your WAMP server if you are using
Windows. It's a good free option for everyone. I think that your
client can edit the code with any editor he prefers as long as your
code it clear enought and the guy knows what he's (she's) doing.
