As a part of our growth,we are looking for seasoned PHP TEAM LEAD Job Description: Work closely with internal and external clients, Product Management to analyze, develop, code, test, enhance, document and implement the product and customization of the product for clients Lead developers and provide day to day assistance in resolving engineering and design issues, document and assign tasks and monitor completion of the tasks Provide technical skills to complete assigned projects on time and to specification. This includes managing resources and creating timelines for delivery. Conduct code reviews to ensure that the solution adhere to the defined requirements and design specifications. Monitor projects to ensure that project life cycle procedures are being strictly adhered to. Periodically evaluate procedures with management team and offer suggestions to improve current methods if needed.
