Ken I product sheets of labels using the pdf class located at http://www.fpdf.org.
I won't say it is easy if you are not familiar with the pdf class but once you get the process down, you can produce a lot of beautiful reports/labels. http://www.fpdf.org has an excellent support group to help answer questions.
