Brian - do you want the color of the text to change, or the background
of the text field to change?

If text color, and since some type of action is triggering a display of
new info (that is, user is clicking a button or a link), simply use the
<font color=> tag as appropriate to your need.

If field background, you'll probably want to define multiple styles, and
apply the style appropriate to your need when displaying the Job details.

Personally, I would use multiple styles either way (text or background)
- it will offer more flexibility and aid uniformity.

Mike
