The unset($_POST[]) is not provide any positive replay. I need some
examples for the below one. But the first way is working nice.

once your operation finished
set the Session or Cookie values you finished operation. so when you trying to
resubmit you can check either submitted or not!
but make sure when you move
next page you have to reset the session, otherwise if you come back next time
again
same page then will give problem.
