You are fighting a losing battle with newbies that are brought up on microsoft 
:-)

Even I fall into the trap occasionally. To a Microsoft user, it is natural to 
put the reply message at the top, as Microsoft has always done it that way. It 
is unnatural (for them) to put it below the reply, and no matter how you try 
and convince them, I don't think you'll succeed.

I'm a real old timer (Pascal, Cobol and M/code) and it's hard to except the new 
ways of these up and coming experts.

Just my two pennyworth as the old saying goes. Hope you don't take this badly 
as it's not a flame or anything, but the young programmers don't see the old 
tradition as we do.

I think we have to except it, though it may be hard for some.
