[php-list] Dreamweaver CS3 cause problem

Hi guys;

 

This is my first post, I've setup Dreamweaver CS3 with php/mysql v5. I've 1
submission form, it was working fine with Dreamweaver, but some how, today I
open and Dreamweaver CRASHED L

 

I check almost everything in php file, I opened with notepade.exe looks fine
to me.

 

Is there anybody can help me to solve this problem.
