Hi, in file ext/date/tests/bug45554.phpt.
This test always fails because the precission is not enough for the sixth digit to be 1. The output has always 0. This was added in commit c2554b4bb43700ae16db34d9706db1db85ec78a4. Is the test wrong or there is a bug in the PHP? May it be so that this is platform dependent?
