Hi,

You are receiving this email because your project has been selected to take
part in an effort by the PHP QA Team to make sure that your project still
works with PHP versions to-be-released. With this we hope to make sure that
you are either aware of things that might break, or to make sure we don't
introduce any strange regressions.

The third release candidate for 7.0.0 was just released and can be
downloaded from:

    https://downloads.php.net/~ab/

The Windows binaries are available at

    http://windows.php.net/qa/

PHP 7.0.0 RC 3 contains fixes for 19 reported bugs and over 100 commits with
various improvements.
It also provides a noticeable new Opcache feature which makes possible to
move PHP code pages
into the huge memory pages. This feature can be enabled with
opcache.huge_code_page=1 in
php.ini and can bring about 2% performance gain on supported platforms.

Please test your code carefully with PHP 7.0.0 RC 3 to help us release a
stable new PHP version.

For a list of new features and bug fixes that you can target in your
testing, please refer to the NEWS file:

    https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/php-7.0.0RC3/NEWS

The next release (RC 4) is scheduled for October 1st.

In case you think that other projects should also receive this kind of
emails, please let us know privately, and we will add them to the list of
projects to contact.
