Excellent! I'm not sure if this is the best way, but here's what I did to upgrade: 1. Read the README 2. Update the mysql tables as per the README 3. Manually merge the new config.php with the old one 4. redirect my apache server to the new php-syslog-ng-2.9.2 directory, instead of the old php-syslog-ng-2.9.1; restart apache. 5. Login A couple of notes. Searching a date range works now (thanks!). The formatting of the cisco event description pop up is MUCH improved! The graphs don't work. I get the following error: JpGraph Error Font file "/usr/share/fonts/corefonts/verdana.ttf" is not readable or does not exist. Indeed, the file doesn't exist. Any suggestions where to get said file?
