I posted my first step i18n patch to sourceforge.net. This patch "ONLY" internationalize help.php file only. But this patch very useful for Japanese user because any Japanese user can read japanese php-syslog-ng document. Ofcourse, Someone translate help.php file into some language, it is easy to add help.xx.php file to php-syslog-ng.
