I'm logging 500 mb of data everyday with syslog-ng but I am getting an error in my script that parses the data to my MySQL database. ERROR at line 5344: Unknown command '\\'. (etc. etc.) There's about 50 of them a day.! I know why I get the error (because of those signs ( ' )), but do you have any workaround on that problem. I would be very pleased with an fast answer.
