Thank you. This is the first response I've had that wasn't...

As a spam prevention measure, we require you to confirm your email
address before the PHP mailing lists will accept your mail.

After I reply back I never hear anything again...

The link is as follow:

The problem is that our venue has moved, our website has changed, and we are now staggering the monthly meetups over different days of the week. I would rather take the time to put up a new event each month until such a time as we decide to settle into a permanent day. If you need a link to our events as proof our website is http://winnipegphp.com. Although the google group still exists it only gets maintained or updated whenever somebody feels like it.

Thank you,
David Engel

Please take down the Winnipeg PHP User Group recurring date from your site.
It is no longer held on this date and is becoming very confusing for our
users. I have tried using 2 different addresses (my other one being
[email protected]) and have been asked for confirmation. Both times
I have confirmed, but received no further response. Nobody seems to be
helping me. I have been asking you to do this for several months now -
PLEASE!!! I really want this event taken down as we are running the monthly
meetups on different days each month. Please help me out here. It's hard
enough trying to get an open source community up and running. I could
really use a break here. I'd much rather put up a new single event each
time we have one lined up.
     Hey, David;

To memory, this is the first email I've seen from you or anyone
else on the subject. If you can give me a link to the event you want
removed, I'll be happy to give you a hand.
