Hi, On the alpha site it's really difficult to quickly get an idea of the parameters for a function because the font is so large and the width for the content area is smaller.
Consider something with a lot of params like mktime, the list wraps a few times (unless your res is ridic high) and it's pretty inconvenient to read like that. I would really like to see the content area take up the full width like on the current site; the alpha version just generally feels like it passes the threshold for when scrolling becomes a burden. The ToC links down the side help, but don't quite make up for it. Also the ToC box itself takes up quite a bit of valuable space; it would be nice if it were either collapsible or perhaps started at the top of the content area and then becomes fixed at the top once you scroll passed it, and maybe each link bolded as you scroll into that section like "ScrollSpy" on Twitter Bootstrap. (I kind of like the latter.) BTW, props for the PHP documentation in general, easily the most well organized documentation ever conceived. ;) Thanks, Ken -- PHP Webmaster List Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
