 New Comment:

Likely from the docs and site builds, because even EST is showing the future
(CA2
shows Fri Nov 9 19:02:04 2012 EST, as of this writing).

Description:
------------
Going to nl1.php.net or se1.php.net or us1.php.net and the time for the last
update is in the future

Test script:
---------------
IRC log regarding this bug and the request to report it as a bug.
17:41 < MarkS> is it possible that a system used for php.net has the wrong
time? the last updated time on a mirror is in the
               future I think
17:41 < danbrown> MarkS: Which mirror?
17:41 < danbrown> It's definitely possible.
17:42 < MarkS> Last updated: Fri Nov 9 20:22:05 2012 UTC << that is in the
future I think (I have to verify it)
17:42 < MarkS> that is from nl1.php.ne
17:42 < MarkS> that is from nl1.php.net
18:11 < danbrown> Yeah, as of right now, UTC is only 17:11.
18:14 < danbrown> Bottom of nl1.php.net for me says 21:03:19 UTC.
18:15 < danbrown> Still in the future, but not quite as far as you saw for some
reason. Did you update again?
18:15 < danbrown> The box is set to use CET, and the time is correct for that.
18:53 <@infe> I also have this problem with updates from the future on
se1.php.net
18:54 <@infe> recently changed the server to UTC (including php.ini) to no avail
19:17 <@danbrown> Can someone put it as a bug at https://bugs.php.net/? I'll
assign it to myself so I can work on it and track it. Might be an issue with
the git server, master rsync box, European RRN, or central master server.

Expected result:
----------------
The time for the last update on a mirror, this should be in the past (or maybe
display the current time), not a time in the future.

Actual result:
--------------
Time in the future for the last updated time.
