Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Description:

When trying to add a note to the documentation, for example
via:http://www.php.net/manual/add-note.php?sect=function.imageantialias&redirect=http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.imageantialias.php
I get the following error:
"Due to some technical problems this service isn't currently working. Please
try again later. Sorry for any inconvenience."
I tried it later and it has not worked until now.
