I agree on the structure point, but there were 82 links in the old version, and it was bigger vertically than Firefox on a 1440x900 display could show in the viewport. I don't think that's much use to the casual user — I'd never Ctrl+F a navigation structure, personally. I certainly don't see this version as the finished product either, but I think trying to cut it to ≤20 items so it's easily scannable is a worthy goal.
