[PHP-WEBMASTER] Wiki Access Problems after new VCS Account

Hello, I was recently granted a VCS account but already had a wiki account under the same username for development of the RFC.  I tried logging in and was denied, did the forgot my password thing and used that link, finally I got this page: I assume it's because of the new VCS account under the same name... Not sure if it matters, but this is the primary Wiki document for the RFC: https://wiki.php.net/rfc/propertygetsetsyntax-v1.2 There are other pages related to this RFC as well, if you need them I can get them all collected, 3 or 4 others.
