Yes. I'm nowhere close to being a lawyer, but aside from being useless (it's old, from 2005), it modified the following: http://www.manuelphp.com/php/preface.php It should look like this: http://web.archive.org/web/20050307093154/http://www.php.net/manual/en/preface.php So it removed the author information. And it also removed author information from the front page. But honestly, the site looks like a SPAM site so I doubt anyone there will listen.
