Hi tyrael!
You're right, there is currently no il2, but it did exist in the past (a few
months ago it did), at some point of time only il2 existed and il1 - not.
So, as i said, depending on a moment in time, one should guess which mirror
address to type, and this also renders bookmarks useless.
In addition, if mirror il1 is up (and it is), then php.net hub should redirect
to it. This always worked. Stopped a few days ago, and now php.net responds by
itself and in deutsch.

The il1.php.net mirror isn't currently configured to serve the php.net site for
the il.php.net hostname.
We can put back that mirror to the il.php.net record when it is configured
properly.
ps: we don't have a secondary mirror for il (eg. there is no il2.php.net).

Description:
------------
There are actually several problems:
il.php.net gone from dns (again)
il2.php.net gone from dns as well (not sure if this is on purpose and mirror
really gone away, or this is dns problem).
il1.php.net is *alive* (this is OK)
however, despite il1.php.net being up and alive, php.net main hub does not
redirect http://php.net/* to http://il1.php.net/* for israeli ips as it should.
instead, php.net handles request itself. but default language is set to *de*
(looks like de mirror is the main hub now).
please, fix redirect and dns...
Expected result:
----------------
1. il.php.net should exist in dns (users should not need to guess every time
they
get to php.net which israeli mirror is alive at this time).
IMHO this should be round-robin across all country mirrors. this way it also
distributes load across them
2. Main php.net hub should redirect to appropriate country mirror OR if none
available at the very least serve content in english.
Actual result:
--------------
1. il.php.net is not resolvable. one should currently guess that il1.php.net
is,
and at other points of time - it is il2.php.net...
2. php.net hub does not redirect to a live il1.php.net mirror, and serves
content
in deutsch.
