Ouh, I was expecting it to be automatically enabled again, but it
appears it was manually deactivated 10days ago and Cheng Hui was
notified, see: http://news.php.net/php.mirrors/39817

I've reenabled it manually, it should be enabled it when it passes the
automatic tests in about an hour or two.
