Hello, Richard, It's just a comment. Most importantly, it's a comment containing just what you need to install ImageMagick, which operates completely differently than every other extension out there (I mention that in the first line of the install process). If you would like to write a better one, go ahead, but I wrote that comment, because you didn't.
