Lets have a graceful plan to move people over, in the event we've broken anything only a limited number of users will be affected by it.
Look at the little bar I added on the top of beta (http://prototype.php.net) I'd like to add a similar one on the LIVE php.net website basically saying "look at our new theme". Thoughts?
