[PHP-WEBMASTER] Website beta homepage.

The current beta homepage was designed specifically to show the latest two
versions, not the latest three (I would know, I spent a lot of time on the
homepage). I'm not sure what the best fix is, but could someone work on
creating a better layout for the latest 3 major versions? I would except my
first baby was born two days ago and I'm quite busy.
