I'm a maintainer of event package: http://pecl.php.net/package/event
There are a few negative dependencies introduced in release 1.7.8. The
following dependencies
are actually marked <conflicts/> in the package.xml file:
- windows OS
- libevent extension
But on the page of the package we see:
PECL Package: libevent
PHP Extension: libevent
Operating System: windows
Well, it's true, but nothing hints that windows is required to *not* be
target OS,
and libevent ext. is required to be *not* installed on the target system.
