Hi Daniel,
I just checked, and the events that we submitted (a user group
meeting for October and a conference for November) are not displaying. I
know you said you went through and moderated all outstanding events,
would we be notified if our events were not approved? This is my first
time submitting a user group event or a conference to php.net, so I'm
just wondering if I did something wrong and that's why they aren't
showing up on the website?

I didn't notice any @ebay.com addresses on there, but several @magento.com
posts when I went through and moderated all of the outstanding events, so
perhaps Hannes already got around to it.
