I've tried several pages from the PHP site using Opera 17 on Windows,
and have not encountered any problems. Do we know what versions of
Opera are having problems?
There are several cross browser testing web applications that have free
accounts available for open source projects. I have an account on
BrowserStack that I used to test Opera 17. I think they do open source
accounts, and Sauce IO does as well.
