So.. We don't use external projects and we keep things extremely simple. Mostly because people come and go and we need to be able to fix things very quickly. Discussions happen on [email protected] (please subscribe by sending a blank email to [email protected]), so if you are planning on a major thing or adding potentially controversial thing.. please send a email first. Other then that, we practice "commit first, ask questions later" for people that have been involved for a long long time. That being said, since you do have karma now you are trusted to Do The Right Thing. Error on the side of caution for your first few commits/merges.
