Hans, Yeah that's true, however I think if the form label mentioned the
word "Authorization" i may have connected the dots easier.

I read it as which email do "I" have to email now with "I" been the website
not myself.

It would be clearer to me if it was: "Which email do *you* have to email
now for authorization?".
