Haha, it's great to see that you not only fixed this error but also rebuild 
whole HTML, in fact. I like the direction where php.net is going, I like 
increasing progress speed and I'm always happy to help improve PHP.net

The fix for this bug has been committed. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the repository, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Description:

Path to the CSS file in snaps.php.net is incorrect 
(http://static.php.net/www.php.net/styles/site.css -> I think it should be 
shared.php.net with correct directory and file, but not sure).

BTW: Why @import instead of link tag? AFAIR it cannot be cached properly while 
done this way.
