The browser then shows an unresponsive script message with the line: Script: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.10.2/jquery.min.js:4 . I then hit stop script and the page works fine. A very similar problem occurs in IE8. This happens on every page. It has been happening since you released the new web theme (2013-11-20).
