Thats a good start indeed.
You may run in some troubles accessing some backends since you don't have the 
"secret tokens".. but I'm sure you can emulate the structure or work around it 
fairly trivially.
Then when you've made some pull request, you can apply for an account, and 
we'll give you all the tokens you need to access whatever =)

Current HTML <title> on people.php.net is always "PHP: Header". I'm not sure if 
it's a bug or just deliberate action (so I marked this report as a request) but 
I think that it's not clear enough and can be easily improved.
