I am glad. The comments that are faded that gain focus when you mouseover then have overall scores of less than 0 (more people vote down than up). These are bad comments according to the community and should be reviewed and probably removed. If your work is depending on these comments that have a score less than 0, then you should probably rethink what you are doing. Of course, some comments may have negative scores that shouldn't; in these cases sending a message to this list should hopefully get it cleared up.
