Hello Laura, The blue plush elephants are not manufactured or sold by the PHP group, there are third parties vendors that do that. As you can imagine there are multiple such vendors out there, so a quick google search for something like "buy plush elephpants" should reveal a number some vendors for you to chose from.
On top of the blue mentioned ones, there are a couple of "branded" colors like Pink by phpwomen, green by Zend or orange by php|architect. The blue one however is rather default.
