I discoveted that PHP.NET design is different than few days before. The layout
of documentation section looks messy and unclear compared to design used before
this change. Previous design was very well arranged, and it was very easy to

Is it only me who is disapointed of unneccesary design change ?
I hate this situations when something works great and then come some changes
which destroys the usability which existed before :-(((
This is my impression too,
except the changes to https://wiki.php.net/ which looks better to me.
