about 46 hours passed since I've pushed my commit to web-php and I still
can't see my changes online.

rather no effect) you can just submit empty form
Of course it is not urgent change, but it seems little bit worrying for
me, because earlier commits were synced in relatively short time.
PS: This page can be accessed only via www.php.net as mirrors are
redirecting to main server. Then it's not a matter of specific mirror.
