To be clear, since I don't think it's ever been stated outside of IRC: I'm currently the person tweeting as @official_php. I'm happy to share the password with anyone who wants it — I've been mostly using it announcing releases and the odd @ reply to things that can be effectively replied to in 140 characters or less — or if you have something you have a burning desire to say, you can just poke me via e-mail/Twitter/IRC and it shall be done. (Also, in case I'm ever hit by a bus or start tweeting inappropriately: the account has syst...@php.net as its e-mail, so you don't need me to perform a password reset.)
