I have spent a year on this bug and its a mess with the php installer as for
paths and files php is suppose to use
on the windows 8.1 system.

How do I resolve fatal errors for class mysqli_connect in mysql database and
the file extension=phpmysql.dll and libmysql.dll for php?

for fast_cgi being run from abyss?

I have this error in
 my code for "fatal error: mysqli_connect class when connecting to the
mysql database using a mysqli_connect command".

Here is the code:

//=====First Question==========================================================

<?php # CONNECT TO MySQL DATABASE.

# Connect on 'localhost' for user 'mike' with password 'easysteps' to database
'site_db'.
$dbc = @mysqli_connect ( 'localhost', 'root', 'root', 'site_db' )
//<------------Fatal error on mysqli_connect occurs here!

# Otherwise fail gracefully and explain the error.
OR die ( mysqli_connect_error() ) ;

# Set encoding to match PHP script encoding.
mysqli_set_charset( $dbc, 'utf8' ) ;

//======Second question on phpmysqladmin========================================

My web server is directory is: c:\web abysss\htdocs\phpmysqladmin\

In the phmysqladmin directory their is a command like this in the file:
config.sample.inc.php
which runs when you login to phpmysqladmin to manage your database with
phpmysqladmin 4.2.7.

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPassword'] = TRUE;

I set it to true but it still will not let me use a blank password. How do I
get it to let me use a blank
password on mysqld --initial mysql startup?

When I update the password set change and flush privileges in a text file?

//========================================================================

fatal error for mysqli_connect class in php.occurs above.

I
 was told this is a mysql and php setup problem for the path or the
fast_cgi running not finding the php file you are running on your system
 to connect to the database.

and therefore I can't run my php code on my servers to learn more....

How do I setup php to see the php files on my windows system for php runs to
avoid fatal errors when running php files?

How
 do I setup the mysql database with mysqli_connect using rpm mysql
server,mysql client, mysql development,mysql shared,mysql bench for
windows so the
phpmysql.dll and the libmysql.dll for php do not fail with a mysqli_connect
fatal errors when running my php files?

I
 have made sure the php .dll are the only ones in my PATH and set in my
php.ini due to a mysql bug and path problem. But it still does not work.

So
 I can learn php and take the certificate for php and get all my mysql
classes for the mysql database to function when I run php?

if you can not answer this question then you are not good enough to be my coach
and be certified?

I
 do not want to cancel my certificate training. if I can't get the
mysql database working properly or php to run the right classes from the
 database then my training to
be a coach is not completed and I can not be certified to tech students how to
setup this process please help?

Please respond because this is a straight php question for my certification php
completion?

my setup is the latest version of
1) Abyss Web Server X1 (v 2.9.3.5) and I have also used Apache 2.59 also to
test this.
2) PHP 5.5.15 (cli) (built: Jul 23 2014 15:05:09)
3) Zend Engine v2.5.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2014 Zend Technologies
4) Windows 8.1
5) 5.6.20 MySql Community Server(GPL)

I
 want to use rpm to fix the database or php install to get access to the
 database and classes than run in the database to allow you to use php
scripts?

Do you understand?

Sincerely,
