I am a young developer planning on introducing a small feature in the language. The idea is to have a variable length for the value of string arguments when are shown in the stack trace. At the moment only the first 15 characters of a string argument are displayed. The length will be controlled by an entry in php.ini. I've sent an email to the internals list with my proposals and got one reply which suggested I should create an RFC for it. Therefore, I request RFC karma.
